If you are refering to the forum (since this is in genral and not gameplay) there is a button beside the index that does this.

change the game resolution, i think default is 800x600 and does make it difficult.

When you first start the game a little window will pop up that allows you to change settings. Failing that I think some of the things can be changed from the main menu before you load/start a new game.

You can only change it from the launcher.
