Unintentional membership in the Ministry of Silly Walks?

I'm just wondering if anyone else has gotten a character with enough stealth/strength to find them getting (unintentional?) membership in the Ministry of Silly Walks. Just had my char taking off with the dust king while sneaking, and because of the high skills, kinda sorta trying to do the 'naruto' running high stealth sneakers do, but because they're carrying someone they just keep their right arm straight at the side and kinda do a penguin wiggle back and forth with their body while the legs work like a normal sneak animation.

It's hilarious, and beats the 35,000 cats reward for turning in the bounty. I don't want to call this a bug, since it's funny and enhanced my experience, but I do wonder, have others experienced this? Are they MEANT to walk that way?

I think it's because the animations kinda fight each other. hilarious, yes.
