I have a city, with a gate which is set to public and is open, turrets for skimmers and starving vargants.
Overall city is [ticked] on public and open for business.
I've built a building which has a shop counter inside. Inside the shop counter I have water barrels, Skimmer teeth and Dustwiches.
None of these are getting sold. Some slaver caravans get by, walk around the city, but nobody ever buys anything.
Am I missing something?
