unstealable hive shops

I raided a hive shop and tried to steal everything in it, but I was not able to pickup anything. when I open chests they said I was "out of range" When I tried to steal things laying around it just didn't respond.
I was also having trouble see inside as the outside of the building just kept popping up and blocking the view.
I went to another hive shop and just tried to steal from it and still every thing was "out of trading range"
don't know if this is a new problem or not as this is the first time I have tried to rob the Hivers.

id you recently import the game? It happned to me too right after importing it. I had the exact same bug happen other buildings too not just hives. Very annoying if you wanna kill the phoenix and give his corps back to the people of the hidden forest camp. It seemed to fix itself after going away of the location and doing something else for a while but since this happens to everyhive building i don't think it's the same bug.

edit: Started a brand new game and it seems i'm having the same issue too now. I enter a hive building it lights up light normal with everything in it for a a second and shows the roof afterwards. Really annoying because the hivers have often been my main start point for either thievery or selling shit at the start of my playthroughs.

I think the 99.18 patch broke it somehow.

Found out another interesting bit. Whenever i stand right in the entrance of the hive building the interior shows up as usual but as soon as i walk past that point I lose all visibility like before. There seems to be something wrong with entrance point of said building i think.
