[0.99.19] Hive Villages are broken

HIVE Commune Huts (why is "Hive" completely capitalized?) seem to be stuck in an in-between state and cannot seems to make it's mind on whether or not it want to activate their "indoor" mode. Also, it is impossible to trade with Hive Trader robotics. General Hive Traders work fine, though.

One other thing I noticed. The navmesh seem to be really sketchy around those villages. This number was right after attempting to fix an other Hive Village which had a similar number of errors.
