Kenshi version 1.0.40 x64(newland) BUG REPORT

i have been having serious issues with the game since i bought it usually the exact same thing keeps happening

i cant replicate it on demand, basically on first launch the game will run fine for 10 minutes to 45 minutes i never had a game run longer than 45 min without crashing.

i had mods on and then i took all of the mods off then imported and it makes no difference, the game will crash
i have vsynce on
in full screen mode the game simply will freeze, ctrl alt delete will not work i have to hard restart my pc
in windowed mode it simply crashes to desktop
after the crash if i restart the game it will run about 30 seconds in my saved game before crashing again over and over
if i validate the files on steam it says 15,000 plus files were re aquired however during the download to re aquire the files it says disk write error and will not download.

to temporarily fix this issue i restart my pc and then i can play my save 10-45 min un interupted before it all happens again..
same crash, thousands of missing files and disk write error.. i have 28 hrs ingame and have grown gray hair since purchasing. i dont normally report bugs but i really want to play this game so here i am..

i have tried re installing fresh, also i did opt to the experimental branch but kept getting the crashing bug while opening my inventory so i opted back.
specs:
1800x
gtx 1080
32gb ram
games on a nvme ssd

i have messed with turning settings all on low, and optimising through nvidia geforce experience and they havenst stopped the crashing.
