Leveling Armor crafting halts

Hello,
I'm trying to measure the time required to level armor crafting and got stuck at range of 87-89 at random percent. Leveling was fine until 87. Sometimes waiting for couple of days helps, sometimes reloading a save helps, but close to 89% nothing helps and leveling armor crafting at plate beating station gets completely stuck. I tried chainmail station, same thing happens.

Also leveling sneaking halts at 99,86109, not reaching 100, short of 14% of a single point.

Kenshi v1.45c from GOG.

I hope it will be fixed some day so I can continue playing Kenshi. Put my current run on hold with nice base in Darkfinger because I don't see any point in contunuing without master armor crafter.

Also, unrelated, but maybe someone in this forum section can clarify, why did cannibals stop raiding me after I allied with Flotsam ninjas. Now my Darkfinger base gets occasional Holy Assault raids which are pathetically small and weak, and no more cannibal swarms. I miss my cannibal target practice, and it seems strange that they lost any interest in my juicy base on their land anyway.
