Game Crashes Often When I Prospect

I have 2 different types of Crash Dumps that occurs often when I prospect the land. It doesn't happen all the time but it will usually happen a third of the time which is too many. Most of the time it says that I don't have enough Video Memory and I should turn down the graphics. I've already turned down the graphics, but it's crazy because I often get roughly 100 fps with the game maxed out. My system specs:

Ryzen 3800x
32 gb 3200 mhz ram from gskill
2tb m.2
RTX 2080 Super
AIO Cooler by Thermal Take
1000w Corsair PSU
Asus Mobo
No OC anywhere, all systems stock

That is the only time my game will crash, when I'm prospecting. And I am trying to build my very first base, so it's a little frustrating. Please help.
