Game breaks when scrolling at Shinobi Tower (Hub)

As described in the title, the game breaks whenever I scroll to the tower.
Neither Strg+Shift+F11, nor deleting all new_overlay files, nor validation over steam, and also not reinstalling solved this problem
Version 1.0.50 - x64
