As for my problem, I do have the Microsoft visual C++ 2010 both the x64 and x86
I was validating my files on steam and it keeps switching between two files needs to be validated or one needs to be. I am pretty certain I know which two it is. Which is the dependencies one's since they couldn't be updated correctly. Saying I have newer version when I have the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 versions. Last updated on the 4-21-2021

Game Crash
A few files on revalidation is pretty normal, usually they're configuration files that are being reset. Game settings and such. 4 or more is when it start to mean problems. So it's probably fine there.
If the dependencies didn't fix, then I'm honestly not sure what else to do. Remind me, since I can't look up the old thread anymore, is it showing any error messages when you launch the game?
If not, perhaps try running the Kenshi.exe file directly, sometimes that will make it show an error that gets hidden when you run it through Steam or GOG. You can find the file in the main kenshi folder. At the very least it could give us something more to work with.

Well it's only been at 2 files missing up. So luckly it's not serious.

Lastly it saying I don't have enough ram yet it is saying on my end I have 16gb and 15.9 is usable. So I don't know what else I can do but wait for it to correct itself.

It is saying video memory, so that would be your graphics card, not your ram. Do you know how much memory it has? Could try turning the settings down like it suggests, see if it helps. I'd also update graphics drivers, just in case. If neither help, and you have enough memory, it could be a hardware issue with your graphics card.
One of them also said it created a crash dump, can you upload that? Might have something useful.

For the video ram/graphic memory. If I looked at the right thing it was 16gb and 15.9 is usable.

Okay, crashdump had an error code in it I was able to look up. It's a hardware error from your graphics card. A number of possible reasons, but looking online the main solutions to try are these:
1. Update your graphics drivers. Could simply be an issues with them not being up to date, or they could be corrupted.
2. If you know what you're doing with your PC, you could open it up and check the power connections to the graphics card, and clean out your PC with compressed air. Wouldn't suggest doing this unless you're familiar with it though.
3. It could be that your graphics card or power supply is dying, and needs replacing.
I would start with a full uninstall of the drivers, then go to the site of whatever brand your graphics card is and grab their latest drivers.
If needed, to uninstall them follow these instructions:
1. On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R at the same time, then type devmgmt.msc into the box and press Enter.
2. Locate and double-click on Display adapters (aka. Graphics card, Video card). Then right-click on the item right below and click Uninstall device.
3. Click Uninstall in the pop-up window.
4. Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

Well that is somewhat good news to hear what the problem is.
1. I had a recently repair from the brand support recently, so I don't know if it could be corrupted/virus if they are the same thing.
2.Not to idea of doing this myself and might have to ask my cousin for help on this part.
3. That could be a possible thing, since I did had a problem with my battery expanding. I will most likely save this for last.
I will most likely save this as well, because I would have no idea how to do it. Usually the brand support will take a look at it and if they find nothing wrong I get a refund back. But if they do find something then they will know how to do it.
But incase it's a software repair or a graphic card uninstalling I will have to wait for a bit, since the last repair cost me quite a bit and I am saving up for a desktop at the time being. So I believe it would be best for me to get a desktop and not to use my laptop for gaming anymore.
