dialogue window issue

Since the update, there has been a problem with the dialog window. I've had this happen to both pc and laptop.
I also changed the resolution but it didn't solve the problem.

If it's not resolution, my guess would be text size or a font issue, from your windows settings.

I can't quite place it, but your text looks odd to me, so I'm guessing you have different settings. Which may be the cause.

Thank you, i have changed text size from 100% to 110%
it has been resolved
