Always Hit on same Limb
I got a schorched martial arts fighter that i maxed his dodge skill to 100. also got %20 skill bonus on dodge by armour. when i get any combat with this character, he gets hit by same limb: right leg. His leg is not artifical, it is organic and original leg of character. I tried to set this limbs hit chance to 1 (vanilla 80) but nothing changed. always got hit from right leg. No matter if attacker is bonedog, skimmer, iron spider, bandit or paladin.
ok, i attached the latest save, i found a temporary solution that overcharging limb's hitpoint. i will also attach a mods list here. character's name is soto also. i didnt look any other character if they have same problem cuz soto is my main char, so if there maybe something wrong save, not character. just sayin

Unsure how it happened, unless you accidentally did it via save editing, but your character had a hit chance multiplier of 0 on all their other limbs, so they could never be hit.
I've reverted their hit chances to vanilla values manually, which should stop it from happening.

It's these values right here:

hit0, hit1, hit2, etc are the base hit chances for each part. While the hitmult0, hitmult1, hitmult2, etc are multipliers that can make a limb more or less likely to be hit.
In your case, all the base chances were half what they normally are supposed to be, though while odd it would not have affected anything since the chances are all relative. But your multipliers were all 0, except the last one hitmult6, which governs the right leg. So the game was always going to hit it, since the others had no chance of being hit.
