Hi my Kenshi crashes all the time

Best guess is a mod issue, try turning some off and see if it helps. You've got thousands of errors related to mod objects not rendering correctly.

I have now thrown out or removed almost half of the mods. The game sometimes loads the zones like crazy and then crashes anyway. Error message always comes up that I don't have enough memory but I have 16 gb on my computer.

What I'd do is turn all mods off, then import the save (but don't save it) to see if it plays fine or not. Then if it worked fine turn on half the mods, import and test, turn on another half, import and test, etc. By turning on and off in halves you can quickly track down a culprit mod even if you have a lot.
