I last played just 2 days ago, then when my pc updated to a newer version of Windows every time I try to start up Kenshi it instantly crashes after the config menu. I tried verifying the files and it detects 2 files that were corrupted or missing. It fixes them and when I try to start the game back up it just crashes in the same way as before. I tried running it as administrator from files and I also disabled all my mods.

First thing I'd do is reinstall the files located here:
Steam\steamapps\common\Kenshi\dependencies

If that doesn't help, I'd run the exe through this program here, which should help identify if there is an issue with missing or corrupt files.

How would I go about selectively reinstalling only those files? I already reinstalled the entire game and it didn't fix the issue

The files in that folder are exe files, just run them to install them. They are sometimes not installed as part of the game's installation thanks to Steam sometimes being screwy and deciding not to bother, so the devs ship the installers in the files for people to do it themselves if that happens.

I installed all the .exe files but it was still doing the exact same thing and when I ran the software it said that everything was working correctly but Kenshi still crashes on startup ( It could be that I'm missing something in the software but I'm not quite sure what to look for)

Well, the only other thing that comes to mind is this crash fix mod, it helps with quite a few of crashes, so it may help here.

Unfortunately your logs in the dump really don't have much info on the crash, so figuring out the issues is mostly guesswork.
