Error 0xc000007b

When starting the game, the error 0xc0000007b occurs, I reinstalled all versions of C++ and reinstalled DirectX everything did not help, What to do?

Try reinstalling the files located here:
Steam\steamapps\common\Kenshi\dependencies

They are somewhat older versions, but the game still needs them to run even if you have later ones.


Otherwise, you can use dependencies to figure out what file it is you're missing. Then you can go track down where to get it from.

Odds are you have the incorrect version of that file.

Does it let you install it anyway? If so, try that. Kenshi requires some data from the older versions that the new ones have stopped using.

Well, then you'd probably need fully uninstall the Visual C++ packs and then reinstall them. Or you'd have to get the file from some unofficial source then. I can't really suggest any places to get it though, as many are scams.
