At first, My game works, no crashes, but don't run smoothly. Until I tried to disable shadows, disable generating distant town and disable water reflections, my game runs smoothly, the performance improved drastically, however since then my game always crashed every 1 hour of gameplay.

My guess would be yours is coming from an animation mod of some sort. You are experiencing thousands of errors about missing animation data, and likely need to either remove the animation mod, reinstall it, make/add a patch for it for another mod's race.
