Looks to be a rendering issue of some sort. I would start by disabling mods, in case it's something broken inside on of them. Otherwise, I would try updating/reinstalling graphics drivers.

Because the same problem did not occur on another PC RTX 2060, I still waited for Intel to update their driver. Thank you.
