i have read the top post and tried reinstalling, using the steam file integrity thing, and yet the game ALWAYS crashes some time after i press play. be it importing, loading or playing a new game. I tried disabling all mods, yet it still crashes.
Here is the crash dump:

Looks to me like you're having issues with it detecting your save folder, which is breaking the game's code when it tries to look at the save folders.
I would suggest trying to disable the user save location in the options menu.
And if that doesn't help, I would suggest going to:
C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\kenshi\save\
Backing up any important saves you want to keep from there, then deleting that Kenshi folder.

According to the logs there were two launches where it did not encounter the error. Did it crash every time you launched since the previous crashdump?
It was right after you switched the save location I think, as it reports a successful scan of the installation folder's save folder, instead of giving an error about being unable to see the appdata one. After those two launches it goes back to giving errors about the appdata folder.

So good news is this is not the same error as before, looks like reinstalling may have gotten past that.
This one appears to be an error related to your graphics card. Unfortunately it is very vague, just essentially saying it failed to access it. I would try updating/reinstalling your graphics drivers, see if that helps.
