Strange audio problem

Actions sounds have vanished. Everything from running to combat is silent. What's strange as if I hold down the middle mouse button, I get full audio.

Done the basics in Steam to no avail. It won't help though as it's a bug with the save game. Every save is the same. Start a new game and everything is normal.

Anyway to fix this?

An audio issues with the save? That's very strange, I can't even imagine how that could be possible. You should upload the save to Dropbox or Google Drive, then post a link here so it can be tested on.

For future reference, the loss of the audio effects disappear when moving the camera with the WASD keys. Double-clicking on the portrait of one of your characters restores the missing sounds, which is a relief.

You sure you're not just too far from the stuff happening with your camera? If you zoom out, you won't here much.

Otherwise, this a is very odd bug. Good to hear there's a simple workaround though.
