dialog and event log disappeared

Hello everyone, I am new to the forum and this question is asked by a translator (I speak Latin Spanish).
The dialogue record of my characters and events has disappeared, in the "Dialogue" window that is next to "IA", absolutely nothing appears. I am using mods of different kinds, including dialogues, I deactivated them but the problem is not solved, please help. Greetings to everybody and thanks.

I believe this is caused by the UI mod you have on.

Thank you!!! You are a teacher, disconnect the "Dark UI" mod, that is the cause of the problem (Dark UI-253-4-1597014479). Thanks again for the help, I love this game and I really like the dialogues, I return to them constantly, and to check if I have missed something. Thanks!!
