All own squad members hostile to eachother

I suddenly noticed all my people were doing damage to eachother, so i tried to heal up before they died. it didn't work, i could only heal them once they were down, and when selecting one and mousing over another it appears red and you get the option to attack your own people.

Im having to revert to an earlier save (so lucky that chris did that 5 save backup thing) because this save seems completely broken. Here it is, i tried reloading the game and it was still bugged so you should be able to see the problem using the save.

Note: the game crashes on exit every time you exit from this save

I loaded your game. I got the red enemy mouse pointer but couldn't make them attack.
I fixed the bug, and i'm working on the import squad problem.

have you tried importing your squad then saving and loading again? Does that fix it?

To get them to attack you need to use the hotbar i think, right clicking gives you the attack option.
