While i was playing on a new game I started, I decided to go back to the place were I had build my base in the previous game. When I arrived there, the entire old base was there, even tough I didn't go there in my new game or made any changes in my save folder.
The buildings are property of the united cities.
I can disassemble the furniture i build during my old game, but the houses now have NPC stuff (and citizens) spawned into them. That stops me from destroying the buildings.
I have tried removing the save-file, New game (several times), and re-installing (I use the steam version, so the cloud could be the reason why it didn't help), checked integrity of the game-cache (every time it says 2 files are not valid and being retrieved) and disassembling the buildings in the old file.
But none of those work.
Being able to import old worlds as a NPC outpost may be a nice idea, but when I start a new game I kinda expect a fresh 'untouched' world. If someone could help me with this problem I'd be very grateful.
